The company is using different test methods for testing contact materials. These methods allow controlling quality of manufactured contacts as well as carrying out researches and development of new contact materials and new technologies very effectively.
We are checking out following parameters in process of quality control:
1. Structure of contact material observed by optical microscopy.
2. Chemical compound of contact material carried out by different methods of chemical analysis.
3. Density of contact material.
4. Hardness of contact material.
5. On demand of customer also can be measured electrical resistance, wear resistance, welding resistance and contact resistance
Wear resistance, welding resistance and contact resistance are determined by our own test stands designed especially for these goals. Tests are carrying out in short terms and a contacts off lots.
